Our Code of Ethics
Every journey begins with care
Core Commitment
At Guangcai Pet Relocation, we understand that your pet is a member of your family. We are committed to doing everything in our power to ensure every pet enjoys a safe, humane, and comfortable journey.
We only partner with airlines that meet safety and animal welfare standards
Airlines that fail to meet animal welfare standards will never be used, no matter how low their price.
We do not transport animals under 10 weeks of age
Puppies and kittens under 10 weeks (about 2.5 months) are not yet mature enough — we refuse to carry them.
We restrict brachycephalic breed transport in high temperatures (above 24°C)
When temperatures exceed 24°C, all flights for brachycephalic breeds are suspended.
We refuse to transport injured, sedated, or stressed animals
Animals must travel awake and healthy — no exceptions.
We do not participate in the transport of laboratory or slaughter animals
Experimentation, slaughter, or any form of animal exploitation — we will not be part of it.
We strictly comply with all applicable domestic, federal, and international animal transport regulations
Domestic, international, IATA — every applicable regulation is fully observed.
We adhere to the IPATA Code of Ethics
We follow the complete ethical guidelines of the International Pet and Animal Transportation Association.
Animal welfare always takes precedence over commercial interests. Every transport decision prioritizes the safety and comfort of the pet.
