Your Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pet, comply with all applicable import and export regulations, ensure your pet is healthy and fit for travel, maintain valid vaccination and health certificates, and follow all instructions provided by our team.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guangcai Pet Relocation shall not be liable for delays caused by government authorities, airlines, or force majeure events. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Shanghai.
